Rebecca is an ambitious and creative chef with a passion for flavour and fresh ingredients. It started from a young age when cooking was just a hobby, this lead Rebecca to become one of Miele’s Home Economists. For nine years, she ran numerous cookery schools and was heavily involved in creating recipes for the Miele blog, in-house magazine and food styling for their photoshoots. In this time Rebecca has had the chance to do some work at Le Manoir, The Vineyard Hotel and has worked alongside some of the top chefs.
Cooking and developing recipes is always at the forefront of Rebecca’s mind whether it’s using new ingredients, techniques or plating up her dishes, attention to detail is second to none.
